Horse's Neck with a Twist recipe

2 oz Scotch whisky
1 lemon
6 oz ginger ale

Make a spiral of the whole lemon's peel. Place in a collins glass with one end hanging over the rim. Add ice cubes. Add Scotch whisky, and top with ginger ale. Stir well, and serve.
