Hot Brandy Toddy recipe

2 oz brandy
1 tsp sugar
6 oz boiling water

Add the sugar to a coffee mug. Fill 2/3 with boiling water. Add brandy and stir. Garnish with a slice of lemon, dust with nutmeg, and serve.

I swopped the sugar for a teaspoon of honey - brilliant recipe otherwise!!

Do that and add a little cinnamon on top. It's very tasty.

Add the honey, cinnamon, and a dash nutmeg
