Amaretto Cherry Sour recipe

1 - 2 oz Amaretto Di Amore® liqueur
1 oz sweet and sour mix
1 tbsp Rose's® grenadine syrup
1 - 2 oz Sprite® soda

Chill all ingredients before serving. Pour over crushed ice in a medium-sized cocktail glass, and stir well. Top with a maraschino cherry, and serve.

This drink was very good! It's sweet and doesn't taste too strong (I used about 1.5oz of Amaretto and 1.5oz of Sprite). If you plan on serving it in a glass larger than the cocktail glass recommended, it's very good topped off with even more sprite (it cuts the sweetness of the grenadine a bit more). It was very popular at our party!
