4 oz milk
1 egg yolk
1 dash lemon juice
1 tsp sugar syrup

Combine the Bailey's irish cream, milk, egg yolk, lemon juice and sugar syrup in a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake well, strain into a cocktail glass, and serve.
