A b&b is served in a snifter. it is also poured in a snifter that is sitting on a heated water filled rocks glass, spin the stem to heat the liqour, this drink should never be served at room temperature. The snifter, and the correct holding of a snifter, also helps to use your hand warmth to keep the drink warm. A classic drink. Also, most bars will be pouring 3/4 oz of each ingredient, much like a french connection.

The liqueur itself is sold one of two ways... labeled as "B&B" which is a pre-mixture of the above listed ingredients, or just benedictine, but yes "B&B Neat" is served straight in a snifter... I prefer mine without the bath-water as the snifter will start to "sweat" after a short time due to the steam condensing on the outside of the snifter, letting your body heat warm the glass naturally from room temperature takes a bit longer, but patience is defiinitely a virtue!
