Honnessey recipe

1 oz Hennessy® cognac
1 lemon wedge
1 tbsp sweet clover honey

To make 1 shot, mix Hennessey and approximate 1 tbsp. of Sweet Clover Honey (gourmet honey is preferred) in following ratio, though this can vary slightly depending on taste. Squeeze the juice from 1/4 of a fresh lemon and mix drink to even. Serve at room temperature as a deliciously mellow and refined drink.
