The inventor of drink is unknown. For all we know we could have invented it ourselves. It is a staff favorite at Scarnatos Restaraunt in Castleton-on-the-Hudson in New York. It is a great drink for all weather. The frozen aspect is great for summer, where the mint cheers you up in the cold of winter.
