Will Hart made this its popular in lower New England, I first heard of it at a party and I thought it was strangely better than it sounds
This can differ usually I mix it in a can because I dont have any glasses. But trust me on this, its good.
Add 3 part Cointreau into any glass, a cooler works best.
Add 1 part cola your not suppose to have an over whelming taste but just a hint of it.
