Arlingtonian recipe

Invented at the 2007 Foxfield Races in Charlottesville, Virginia. Now enjoyed in a variety of locales, including the Bahamas and Montreal, Canada. The drink is smooth, classy, and packs a punch, just like Arlington, VA. Note: if top shelf bourbon and high-quality white wine are used, the drink may be referred to as a "North Arlingtonian."
