Christmas Cookie recipe
Inventors of the Christmas Cookie are the Gumby, it is very popular at the local Bar of Sioux City, known as Mike's Saloon. Our inspiration was the Oatmeal Cookie, but we used Peppermint Schnapps instead of Cinnamon Schnapps in the Recipe.
