Invented by Mark Hough, this drink was inspired by the Gin Buck and Tom Collins, however it quickly took a different route. I have yet to meet a person who doesn't like it. The Ginessex has been described as having a very clean and crisp flavor. The ingredients are also fairly standard for any bar or liquor store. Try it. You won't be disappointed.
