Green-tini (aka Green Tea-ni) recipe

This drink was created in August 2008 by Sc'Eric Horner of Fuji & Jade Garden Asian restaurant in State College, PA. While other versions of this drink certainly abound, this particular recipe was inspired by a bottle of Charbay Green Tea vodka, given as a gift from two loyal (and adventurous) customers. It took two tries to get this recipe right... and another just to be sure. =)

It is definitely worth noting that when using crystalized ginger, this drink will mature even after it is served. So, sip it slowly!

1.5 oz Charbay Green Tea vodka
1.0 oz Zen® green tea liqueur
0.5 oz Domaine de Canton ginger-infused cognac optional
0.5 oz Stoli® Citros vodka
1 dash Hangar One Buddha's Hand Absolut® Citron vodka optional
Crystalized ginger
lemon twist (opt.)

Combine ingredients with ice in cocktail shaker. Shake and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with crystalized ginger and/or lemon twist.
