Pineapple upside cake recipe
Inspired by my bar regulars, quote: "gimme a shot with pineapple in it."
The frangelico is intended to add more of that pastry-style taste (birthday cake shot: frangelico and vanilla vodka) the shot should look a very opaque pink when completed.
1/4 oz Malibu® coconut rum
Heavy Splash pineapple juice
dash Frangelico® hazelnut liqueur
1/4 oz grenadine syrup
