Cafe Zurich recipe

1/2 oz amaretto almond liqueur
1 1/2 oz anisette
1 1/2 oz cognac
4 - 6 oz coffee
1 tsp honey
1/2 - 1 oz whipped cream

Add amaretto, cognac and anisette to a coffee mug. Fill almost to the top with hot coffee. Add honey and top with a puff of whipped cream.

I used to drink this in Zurich. It was soooo good. I didn't know it was named after the city!
