Like the flower itself, this drink is better served when it is spelled and pronounced correctly! It is a Poinsettia, folks! Don't forget to include the "i" in the spelling and the pronunciation! It's poin-set-ee-a, NOT poin-set-a. I find the recipe using the Grand Marinier more to my liking.
