This is a very sweet mix.

The ratio of 1:1 is only if you have bad scotch which you wish to drown in honey; I prefer 3:1 or 4:1 recipes as I enjoy scotch on it's own and dislike sweets in general.

Usually drink Scotch on the rocks, but was looking for a decent drink that is in the same family but a little different. This definitely did the trick.
