More then a splash!

First of all, I thought the recipe asked for REMY RED not REMY MARTIN COGNAC even though I bought the Remy Martin. When I opened the bottled I was disappointed however. The drink is not bad. It needs more then a splash of pina. I put like 3 oz. It's tolerable. It turns into an interesting seagreen color and I personally garnished with olives. The pineapple is what makes it more smoother ...unless you want it harsher...use less. Enjoy!
