You should use a long raki glass, 1/3 raki, 2/3 water, 2 ice cubes.
it's best with melon and feta cheese

Pour 1.5 oz raki into cylinder raki glass, add cold spring water (fill the glass up,) top w/3 cubes of ice....anise (fennel) has the black licorice taste and has been known for digestive remedies...
