Based on original recipe and is incredibly tasty and guaranteed to knock your socks off! Thanks to L.J., Henry Africa's Hothouse, Bristol, UK.

1/2 oz light rum (havana blanco)
3/4 oz gold rum (mount Gay)
1/4 oz apricot brandy
1/4 oz triple sec (Cointreau)
1 oz orange juice
1 oz pineapple juice
1/2 oz lime juice
1/2 oz overproof rum floated on top
1 dashor drizzle grenadine syrup in 'Z' shape

Shake first 7 ingredients hard and strain over fresh ice into large glass. Float overproof rum then drizzle grenadine. Garnish with pineapple flag/leaf and orange wedge
