Whiskey Bucket recipe

A favorite in clubs in Thailand, Cambodia, Laos, and Vietnam. Mekong Whiskey tastes a lot like Rhum since it is made from palm sugar but stronger than the rhum there, so half a bottle of cheap whiskey and rhum could be substituted if you are not in Indochina where Mekong is available.
