Hair of the Dog recipe

4 oz Scotch whisky
2 oz honey
2 oz cream

The original recipe said to shake the ingredients togeather with the ice cubes, but I usually stir the whisky and the honey with a spoon until they're mixed, and then add the cream and add the Ice Cubes. It workes just fine.

I've tried this drink with Burbon and Tennessee whiskey instead of Scotch, and it is really great! It becomes a totally different drink.

I've also tried to add ~1 oz cold coffee, and I liked it.
