Garlic Martini recipe

"This is, by far, my favorite drink. Since inventing it, every other drink I've had has paled in comparison. Make sure you use good olives. "

3 oz Tanqueray® gin
3/4 oz Martini & Rossi® extra dry vermouth
1 splash garlic-stuffed olive juice
2 garlic-stuffed olives

Shake all ingredients (minus olives) with ice and strain into cocktail glass. Add garlic-stuffed olives.

If your favorite drink uses tanqueray, your taste is in question

If you'd specified Boodles, or Plymouth or Hendrik's or Junipero or even a less swill-like mainstream gin like beefeater... then I'd be thinking maybe you were on to something, but Tanqueray has got to be one of the most ghastly horrible gins on the market, there are speedrack gins that taste better. Tanq is like being maced in the mouth with old lady perfume.
