Lychee Love recipe

1 1/2 oz Soho® lychee liqueur
1/2 oz Malibu® pineapple rum
6 oz mango juice
1 dash grenadine syrup

Blend all ingredients except grenadine with ice. Add grenadine down the side of the glass to create a 'sunrise' effect.

Use pure mango juice as it is 100% fruit juice, instead of a mango nectar (~20% fruit juice) or mango fruit drink (~6%), as it improves the flavour.

More or less grenadine can be added to taste.
