Cappuccino Floats recipe

1/3 cup instant espresso coffee powder
1 oz chocolate square
2 cups milk
ground cinnamon
1 pint coffee flavored ice cream

In small saucepan, over high heat, bring to a boil 2 cups water, the espresso powder and chocolate, stirring occasionally. Whisk in milk until mixture is hot and bubbly, about 1 1/2 minutes. To serve, pour espresso into 4 mugs. Scoop ice cream on top. Sprinkle generously with cinnamon.
