(Note: named after the Aerospatiale A-star helicopter used by so many backwoods geologists, biologists, etc.). First made in 1980 in the Caribou Bar in William's Lake, B.C. Canada by a team of B.C. Hydro engineers and biologists fresh in from the deep wilderness, and fresh off of an A-Star ride. Fairly potent! Designed by the resident bear biologist!

Mix the Bailley's and Jamieson's in the bottom of the glass. Pour in the heavy creme slowly, over that mix. Then pour very cold Stoli's down the side, which will layer with the Balley's mix, Sprinkle with nutmeg.
