Coffeeshake recipe

1 1/4 oz fresh coffee
2 tsp cocoa powder
2 tbsp sugar
1/4 quart milk
1/8 quart fresh cream

Prepare coffee and allow to cool. Add cocoa powder, sugar and milk; blend well. Fill 6 glasses, top with fresh cream and sprinkle with chocolate.
