When I was on midtour leave on my second deployment to Iraq, my friends and I came up with this drink. The Dos Equis represents the black muddy water of the streets of Baghdad, and the Aftershook represents the blood after the carnage of the car bomb. After you chug the concoction, you feel fine, but then it hits you and you feel like you've just been witness to one of the most gruesome events you can imagine. Given the alcohol content of the drink, I wouldn't recommend more than two per outing, lest you prefer to black out in your drinking escapades.
