Frozen Velvet Hammer recipe

This is a Friday's frozen cocktail that I used to get about fifteen years ago. Tastes something like a orange milkshake. Not totally sure that vodka is supposed to go in it. Goes down smooth and you have two or three then try to get up off the barstool and fall on your butt -- you've been hit with the velvet hammer!
