Mon Amour recipe
I'm Lionel Montagnat rentier, French, I created this cocktail almost a year ago when I was living and working in Brighton, UK! It used to be on the bar menu when I was was working there, and was well apreciated!
My base was to create a cocktail with parfait amour liquor
25 ml Sailor Jerry® spiced navy rum
25 ml lychee liqueur
25 ml Parfait Amour® orange liqueur
Juice of half lemons
12.5 ml Cherry Puree
25 ml lychee liqueur
25 ml Parfait Amour® orange liqueur
Juice of half lemons
12.5 ml Cherry Puree
Add all the ingredients into a shaker glass full of ice cube. shake vigorously and fine strain into a large martini glass, use a half strawberry as garnish on the side of the glass!
