Origin: I was making a Port Antonio and realised I didnt have any lime. The drink then consisted of just rum and a small amount of grenadine and was too strong to drink easily. So I had some elderflower & pear sparkling water in the fridge and thought I might as well add it and it tasted alright! My family tried it and thought it was pretty good. Its pretty sweet and doesnt taste very alcoholic which is good when you want an easy to drink cocktail.
