Bailey's Banana Vanilla Thrilla recipe

7 oz Bailey's® Irish cream
1 cup coconut milk
1 banana
1 pinch shredded coconuts
2 drops yellow food coloring
6 ice cubes
2 scoops vanilla ice cream
2 tsp sugar

Add all liquids in blender with banana and ice cream; blending until smooth. Add ice and sugar, and pulse until a smoothie consistency is reached. Garnish with coconut. Makes 2-3 500ml servings. For a fancier garnish, use the head of a tropical flower.
