1 oz Bailey's® Irish cream
1 oz lime juice

Put lime juice and Bailey's in separate shot glasses. Take the shot of Bailey's first, swish it around in your mouth and swallow. As soon as you swallow take the shot of lime juice.

I've heard if you keep the shot of Bailey's in your mouth and then add the shot of lime juice, it curds. Makes for a hard swallow. Have your boyfriend try that one!!!

What you do is you drop a shot of lime juice in with the bailey's and shake your head and it curds and at the bar we go to it is called a cement mixer because of the texture of cement when it is being pored from the truck.

I heard it as you but salt on your tongue first. And then mix both in you mouth. I know that if you just mix irish cream and lime juice thats a cement mixer. So Im guessing if you add salt its suppose to be alittle different.

This shot is actually called a Cement Mixer-and it is definitely a revenge shot. They will most likely throw-up!
