Classic Brooklyn Egg Cream recipe

1 cup milk
1/4 cup seltzer water
2 tbsp chocolate syrup

Pour the milk into a 12 oz. chilled glass. Spritz in the seltzer until a white head reaches the top of the glass. Spoon in the syrup with a twist of the wrist!
