Emerald City recipe

The Emerald City was created at a Mardi Gras party for someone who hated the taste of alcohol. It's an almost-green concoction that happens to be the same color as its namesake.

1 1/2 oz vodka
1 oz banana schnapps
1/2 oz Blue Curacao liqueur
4 oz pineapple juice
top with orange juice

Shake Vodka, Banana schnapps, and Blue Curacao over ice and strain into an ice-filled old-fashioned glass. Stir in pineapple juice and top with orange juice. Possible garnishes could include a slice of pineapple, or wedge of honeydew.
