Jade Martini recipe

First tasted at P.F. Chang's China Bistro. Looks amazing (like real jade!) and taste's fantastic. An asian-flavor version of the Malibu Bay Breeze. Enjoy!

1 oz Midori® melon liqueur
1 oz Malibu® coconut rum
2 oz pineapple juice

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add equal parts Midori Liqueur and Malibu Coconut Rum, add Pineapple juice until the mixture turns an opaque jade color. Stir (do not shake or the pineapple juice will foam up) and strain into a martini glass.

This is the best martini in the world. This was my first martini to ever drink and because it is so good I havent been exploring other martini drinks. If anyone knows of any other tropical martinis please do tell!!
