Stockholm Imperial recipe

This drink was invented by Alex Smith in Arroyo Grande CA. The drink originated from a Stockholm 75. A customer wanted it sweetened up a bit so he added triple sec and chambord to the cocktail. Try making it for female customers that are tired of cosmos and don't know what to order. It is a definite crowd pleaser.

1 oz vodka
1/2 oz triple sec
1 splash Rose's® lime juice
1/2 - 3/4 oz Chambord® raspberry liqueur
Champagne
Bar sugar

Rim a martini glass with sugar. Pour vodka, triple sec, and lime juice into shaker half filled with ice. Shake and strain into the martini glass. Fill the remainder of the glass with champagne. Pour the chambord in last making sure that it hits the side of the glass first. It will sink to the bottom giving you a drink that is half purple half white.
