Nicaragua's National Drink- The Macuá is a cocktail made with white rum and fruit juices, usually lemon and guava juice. The Macuá is noted as the national drink of Nicaragua. The drink is named after a tropical bird native to the country.
Fill a professional Cocktail Mixer with 3/4 of ice. Add the Ron Flor de Caña Extra Lite, the guava juice, the orange juice, the lime juice, and the sugar siroupe. Shake well for 20-30 seconds. Serve in a Tom Collin's glass, filled with ice. Decorate the cocktail placing the orange slice alongside the glass, and by dropping the green cherry on the cocktail drink.
