Boil the cinnamon sticks in the water. Take the sticks out when the water is yellow and has the smell and taste of cinnamon.
Add the evaporated milk, condensed milk and egg yolks and cook at low temperature. While it's cooking stir to avoid it sticking to the bottom of the pot.
When it is boiling for a few minutes, add the cream of coconut and rum. Stir well and take off the burner.
Let it cool and it will be ready.
Keep it in the refrigerator and it will last for a very long time.

We developed this recipe after looking for the right cocktail to serve prior to a Thanksgiving dinner. We tried several different variations of the recipe with our guests, and this one was the overwhelming favorite. Enjoy! Combine ingredients and shake over crushed ice. Strain into martini glasses. Serves four.

A low calorie as well as pretty healthy drink. You're getting a serving of fruit with each glass! Place all ingredients in blender - adding the water last. Blend till smooth. Will have consistency of frozen drink. Serve in frosted mug. Also makes great popsicles. (for adults of course).

The inventor of this his name is Shea Deyo and it is not popular at all, but usally you add lemonade to it but when I was throwing a party one time I ran out of lemonade so I decided to mix it with orange juice and let me tell you it was alot better then mixing it with the lemondade and i've been doing it all the time now even non drinkers will have more than one cup of it thats how GOOD it is. So make it and have fun. First you add a shot of Uv Blue Vodka to a medium size cup and then fill the rest of the cup up with orange juice

This drink has proven a great hit with the ladies. Its lovely purple color belies its strength. Per Drink: Muddle 4 blueberries in bottom of shaker. Add 2 tons of ice, then 2 oz Vodka, .75 oz Creme de Cassis, .5 oz Lemon juice. Shake like the very devil! Rim cocktail glass with Lemon slice. Strain drink into glass. Garnish with 2 more blueberries speared on a toothpick and artfully balanced across the rim of the glass.
